So my mother’s phone display suddenly got messed up and she couldn’t see anything as the display turned black in many places.
I have a close friend who is a really choosy guy who scrutinizes everything and he had found this place to fix his phone once and trusting him blindly and texted Hatheem right away about this phone.
To my surprise the boy was very polite and friendly and replies instantly. He asked me to bring the phone to his place in Marine drive and fixed it right in-front of my eyes.
He even kept me entertained by playing mashups while repairing and surprised me with a fixing video as well.

I brought in my Samsung after water damage and charging problems, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Hatheem took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole repair process extremely transparent. I was even able to stay and watch while he worked on the phone, which gave me a lot of confidence in what was being done.
The repair was done quickly, and when I noticed a small issue with the camera afterwards, he immediately told me to come back. He opened the phone again, fixed the issue and didn’t charge me anything extra.

I brought my iPhone with a damaged display here and left with a brand-new-looking phone.
The entire process probably took around an hour at most. The technician was extremely professional and methodical, and after replacing the phone display, he very thoroughly cleaned my phone and its cover. A service that I haven't really experienced elsewhere.
The place itself isn't too difficult to find, as it's on Marine Drive, however, it's on the first floor of a building and can only be accessed via a narrow spiral staircase from the outside, so you might have to be a little careful while entering and exiting the workshop.
I'd recommend Genius We Fix to anyone looking for an affordable and trustworthy place to get their phones fixed.
PS, the technician also mentioned that he undertakes repairs of various other electronic items as well

I have had a great experience with repair of my MacBook Air. I spilled coffee on it, and as soon as I called them, they were so attentive and so detail oriented. I took the laptop to them, and they cleaned it step by step. They then sent me videos of how the repair was being done so that I knew what was wrong. They informed me of the issues, cleaned everything step by step, documented it, and showed it to me.
This is the best experience I have had in Sri Lanka. I have been to other shops as well for repairs, but this shop gave me the best experience as a customer. They repaired my Macbook and also replaced my touch trackpad. This was the overall best experience I have had in my life as a customer. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants to get their repair done, and these guys know what they are doing.

All of a sudden, my phone stopped charging. Through a friend, I got to know about “Genius We Fix”. Although the shop is normally closed on Sundays, when we called and explained the emergency, they immediately came and opened the shop to help me.

First, I called the shop. They were very friendly and told me to WhatsApp what I needed. So I sent a message via WhatsApp. After a while, they replied with the prices, which seemed okay. Their friendliness convinced me to visit the shop.
I told them I’d call when I was ready to replace the display, back cover, and battery. Two weeks later, I randomly messaged saying I’d come in that day. They said okay and gave me a time.
I went there, and after a short wait, he started working on my phone. I was watching and chatting with him. He was friendly from the beginning and paid attention to detail while disassembling and reassembling the phone. He was also honest with me throughout.
It took around four hours, but he fixed my OnePlus 8 like it was factory reset. I’m satisfied. There are very few mobile repair shops that provide solid service—this is one of them.
