So my mother’s phone display suddenly got messed up and she couldn’t see anything as the display turned black in many places. I have a close friend who is a really choosy guy who scrutinizes everything and he had found this place to fix his phone once and trusting him blindly and texted Hatheem right away about this phone. To my surprise the boy was very polite and friendly and replies instantly. He asked me to bring the phone to his place in Marine drive and fixed it right in-front of my eyes. He even kept me entertained by playing mashups while repairing and surprised me with a fixing video as well. A man with talent, patience and politeness is very hard to find. First, I called the shop. They were very friendly and told me to WhatsApp what I needed. So I sent a message via WhatsApp. After a while, they replied with the prices, which seemed okay. Late Review. Needed to replace the battery of my iPhone 6s and to get a tempered glass. Found this shop using Google search and noticed that it had some good reviews. True to those reviews, the service was excellent. The shop was undergoing renovation at that time (March 2021) so the person (Aathi) visits the customer at their location and gets the work done. Arrived on time and got the work done fast. So far this is the tempered glass that has lasted long, usually the other ones start chipping away by now. Prices are also reasonable and did not charge anything extra or bundle the cost for visiting the location of the customer. I recently got my S23 Ultra repaired at Genius We Fix and had a really good experience. Mohammed Hatheem handled the repair. I arrived around 4:30 PM and he explained that the job would take about two hours because the screen needed to be replaced with an OEM display and the camera lens also needed replacing. While he was working, he was very open and patient with all the questions I asked. We had a few honest conversations and he explained what he was doing without trying to oversell anything. It was clear he takes pride in his work. The phone was ready in about two and a half hours. Before leaving, I checked all the functions carefully and everything was working perfectly. He also fixed the back camera glass properly. Overall, it was a professional repair and a very smooth experience.
