I had a great experience at GENIUS WE Fix on August 6th, 2025. The owner himself handled my mobile repair, and I was truly impressed by his expertise and professionalism. I had booked an appointment to replace parts for my Samsung Galaxy F54 5G. Based on the information I provided, he had pre-ordered the parts. However, during the repair, we both realized that the internal components actually matched the M54 5G model. Without any hesitation, he quickly arranged the correct parts through his trusted vendor and had them delivered via PickMe Flash. He completed the repair promptly and right in front of me, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. Even while attending to another customer at the same time, he managed everything efficiently without any delay. First, I called the shop. They were very friendly and told me to WhatsApp what I needed. So I sent a message via WhatsApp. After a while, they replied with the prices, which seemed okay. Their friendliness convinced me to visit the shop. I told them I’d call when I was ready to replace the display, back cover, and battery. Two weeks later, I randomly messaged saying I’d come in that day. They said okay and gave me a time. I went there, and after a short wait, he started working on my phone. I was watching and chatting with him. He was friendly from the beginning and paid attention to detail while disassembling and reassembling the phone. He was also honest with me throughout. It took around four hours, but he fixed my OnePlus 8 like it was factory reset. I’m satisfied. There are very few mobile repair shops that provide solid service—this is one of them. I was searching for a trustworthy place to repair my OnePlus 7 Pro’s front camera issue, and a friend recommended We Fix Genius. Since I live far from Colombo, I contacted them and arranged a courier. From the moment they received my device, they kept me updated on every step of the repair process, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They replaced both the front camera and back glass, and the final result was so clean that I couldn't even tell the phone had been opened! Everything looks and functions just as it did before. Late Review. Needed to replace the battery of my iPhone 6s and to get a tempered glass. Found this shop using Google search and noticed that it had some good reviews. True to those reviews, the service was excellent. The shop was undergoing renovation at that time (March 2021) so the person (Aathi) visits the customer at their location and gets the work done. Arrived on time and got the work done fast. So far this is the tempered glass that has lasted long, usually the other ones start chipping away by now. Prices are also reasonable and did not charge anything extra or bundle the cost for visiting the location of the customer. Will definitely recommend to get your iPhone repairs done here. ~ AgentKK123

My Poco device encountered a problem of boot and shut down at the beginning. Took the device to so-called experts at Liberty Plaza and no one was able to find out the issue, leave alone getting it repaired. Finally came to Genius We Fix, before I lost hope for the device. Hatheem is knowledgeable, efficient, great at what he does, and above all, fantastic at communicating and keeping the customer informed about the progress of the repair. I would certainly recommend Hatheem and his team for their services. I have a phone that is not very common in Sri Lanka but he was able to source the parts and get it fully repaired for me where other providers were not willing to try it, or couldn't find the parts. I had my Pixel 7 screen repaired in late March and Hatheem did a great job repairing replacing the screen! Initially we were having some trouble with the fingerprint sensor and because we couldn't figure it out, he offered me a complete refund even though the new screen was taken out of the packaging. Of course eventually it was a simple cleaning of the glass on the inside of the screen that fixed the job and worked perfectly after! my Samsung tablet accidentally fell into water and completely stopped working. A friend of mine tried to fix it but couldn’t.
